Saint John Paul II House of Spirituality and Human Formation

Present in dozens of countries, the Shalom Catholic Community has as its central mission the call to cross borders and bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every heart, especially to those farthest from the faith.

To help this mission reach the world, we are building our House of Spiritualityand Human Formation: a space designed to be fertile ground for recollection, vocational discernment, and deep human and spiritual formation for young people, families, lay people, seminarians, and priests.

The heart of this structure will be a new auditorium with a capacity of 196 people, a strategic space that will provide the acoustics, welcome, and infrastructure needed for priestly retreats, workshops, and the professional training of our members through the Saint John Paul II Missionary Training School of the Parresia Institute.

In addition, this space will host the meetings of the General Council of the Shalom Community, where annual planning is discerned in prayer and the direction of our international work is guided.
